The Authority Ops ("we," "us") is run by Derek Langfield. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, request our free guide on Facebook or Instagram, or book a call with us, and what we do with it.

- What you give us: your name, email address, phone number, your role at your practice and your practice name.
- What your browser tells us: basic visit information, such as pages viewed and the device and browser you use. We may use cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and understand how visitors use the site.
How we use it
- To send you what you asked for, such as the guide.
- To follow up with you about our services by email, phone or text.
- To measure and improve our website and ads.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the tools we use to run our business, such as email, scheduling, website hosting and advertising platforms, and only so they can do that work for us.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the purposes above.
